Submit a Request for a Return/Refund

We want you to love every single item you receive. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mac Gear Supply Co., you may return any regular-priced item(s) for Store Credit. 

  • All items purchased at a discount are final sale and not eligible for a refund. Jewelry and grab bags are also final sale items. 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition when received with all tags still attached. There must be no signs that the items had been worn or used, such as, but not limited to, defects, smells, pet hair, or stains. 

Returning Parts: We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date of the original invoice. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Credit is issued based on inspection of the returned merchandise. The customer assumes liability for freight when returning merchandise ordered in error. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will be refused. Restocking fee may apply. This doesn’t apply to Whole Equipment sold as-is, where-is.

The return request form must be completed within 5 days of the date your package was delivered. Drop your return package off within 3 days of completing the request. We do not currently offer exchanges. We do not offer return labels, and you are responsible for shipping your items back.
